Why Craig Got Into Personal Training
My fitness and personal training philosophy is that if you make small changes everyday, it will result in a huge transformation over time. This philosophy applies to your workout routine, nutrition and lifestyle changes. When I meet with new clients, I believe that we’re starting this fitness journey together. That’s why it’s important that I help my clients create a plan that works for them, so I can help them stay accountable along the way. When I see my clients starting to achieve their goals, I really take it to heart. That’s why I love my job and why I got into this career. Helping people reach their potential is my passion.
