What to Expect From Your Free Private Personal Training Session

When you come in for your first session at Tampa Sports Academy to meet with our Tampa personal trainer, you can expect the following: 

  • First, Craig will discuss your fitness goals. Be prepared to discuss everything from weight loss and muscle training to your diet and everyday activities.  

  • Craig will consult with you about your nutrition and the importance of healthy diet that supplements your workout.

  • A free body-fat analysis will be conducted, which only takes a few minutes. This is a great way for Craig to track your progress. 

  • Finally,  we'll participate in a one-on-one personal training session, geared specifically toward your fitness goals. This personal training session will be free, in hopes that you will become a regular client.

 

Personal Training Packages

Jump Start Package:

People say that after you do something for a month, it becomes a habit. Purchasing a "Get Started Package" with Craig Chapin will give you 12 private sessions with him. If you can commit to 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks, you’ll be well on your way to losing weight!

Head Start Package:

Give yourself a head start in your training with this package of 24 sessions with Fitness RX Tampa and feel better before you know it. This commitment will give you the chance to workout as regularly as your want with Craig, making yourself feel stronger and healthier in a matter of weeks!
