What to Expect From Your First Personal Training Session

When you come in for your first session at our gym, you can expect the following: 

  • First, we will discuss your fitness goals. Be prepared to discuss everything from weight loss and muscle training to your diet and everyday activities.  

  • Craig will consult with you about your nutrition and the importance of healthy diet that supplements your workout.

  • A free body-fat analysis will be conducted, which only takes a few minutes. This is a great way for Craig to track your progress. 

  • Finally,  we'll participate in a one-on-one personal training session, geared specifically toward your fitness goals. This personal training session will be free, in hopes that you will become a regular client.
