Q: Can I bring a friend with me to my training session?

A: Yes, you can bring a friend or buddy to your training session.  Some find that bringing a friend helps motivate by creating some competition during a workout.  You can bring a buddy to one training session every 6 months, just please let Craig know in advance so he can plan a workout for 2 people.

Q: How do I know what level of training I need?

A: The best way of determining your fitness level and ability is by having a fitness professional do an evaluation by testing your performance through specific exercises that test balance, strength, coordination and flexibility. Craig offers this for free!

Q: How do I work out specifically to build muscle?
